This hotel features a reasonably spacious room equipped with a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a radio, all nestled in a magnificent and amazing location.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming. From the cozy lounge areas with plush armchairs to the tastefully designed dining room, it felt like stepping into a traditional Alpine retreat. The hotel also had easy accessibility for senior people, with well-maintained elevators and clear signage throughout the property.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were too busy or didn't pay enough attention to the needs of older guests.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything and in the center of the city, with an easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were superb, including the wonderful spa and delicious breakfast with many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with high quality furnishings, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place in Kirchberg. The location is fantastic, being very much near the centre of Kirchberg. It was so convenient to walk around and explore the town. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The housekeeping was impeccable, with our room always being clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the ski pass vendor on-site, making it easy for us to hit the slopes. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the tours/ticket assistance provided was very helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock were also great additions to the room.

We had an amazing experience at this place. We highly recommend it to our friends.

We felt instantly welcomed upon arrival at Hotel Zentral. the staff, especially Dalija & Fabijan, were incredibly friendly and attentive. the spacious room, including the bathroom, exceeded our expectations. the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the waiting staff provided excellent service. the traditional Tyrolean decor added a charming touch to the rooms, and the view from our room was delightful. Every detail was taken care of by the family who owns and runs the hotel, including the cleanliness of the premises. Cons: Nothing, all aspects of our stay at Hotel Zentral Superior were excellent. 👍.

we recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Kirchberg in Tirol and were blown away by our time at Zentral Superior. The spa and breakfast were fantastic, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated in traditional Tyrolean style, and the staff paid attention to every detail. It truly exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our holiday.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the centre of the village and the main ski area. the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with lovely views of the mountains. the breakfast buffet has a good selection and the staff are friendly and accommodating. the wellness center is a fantastic bonus with its great facilities including steam rooms, saunas, foot pools, and relaxation areas.

The hotel bar area could be a bit larger to accommodate more guests.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to access everything from shops to public transport. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the spa services offered. They provide a variety of treatments and facilities to help you relax during your stay. the hotel offers excellent meals with a wide range of options to choose from.

One of the worst aspects of this hotel is the lack of payment options. They do not accept credit cards which can be inconvenient for travelers.

I loved being pampered with delicious food and wine in the hotel's fabulous restaurants. The spa treatments were amazing, and the barbecue evening in the garden was a great treat. The fire extinguisher in the room really added to the cozy ambiance.

Wi-Fi was a blast from the past, just like the smoking in the reception area. But hey, who needs modern conveniences and fresh air when you have a fire extinguisher?

The spa was wonderful and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The location was great, with easy access to the train for exploring nearby towns or the ski areas.
